Ce que vous allez faire
As an Inside Sales Agent* you are responsible for the handling of written and telephone inquiries of existing customer of mobile.de. You support our clients in dealing with various topics around the online market and provide assistance with any kind of customer concerns. In addition, you are responsible for the successful maintenance of our customer relationships.
