- You want to source your own candidates and build your pipeline
- You want to interview candidates and match them with relevant positions

Was wir erwarten:
- Abitur / Fachabitur
- 1 year experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related fields
- Previous experience in Talent acquisition or Recruitment is a plus
- Motivation to work in a result-driven startup environment with a lot of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional fluent languages are a plus
