Working Student - UX Design for Industrial Applications in Berlin

20 Stunden pro Woche

What are you going to do:

  • You will join our team to become an invaluable part in building a brand-new Manufacturing Execution Platform, as well as our Industrial IoT Platform. Take on the challenge and opportunity to concept and design sophisticated applications within our international team.
  • You will be introduced to research and analyse user needs directly from our customers and answer those needs with interaction concepts based on user journeys, drafting interaction flows, create wireframes to collaborate with the developers and finally generate from them pixel-perfect UIs. As part of a Scrum team, you take on responsibility right from the start and work independently with support and guidance from our UX Team.

What we ask:

  • Enrolled in a state-recognized university in Germany
  • Studying Communication Design, Interaction / Product Design or similar studies
  • Strong collaboration, communication skills and structured work style 
  • Agile Mindset and Lifelong Learning are part of your engineering DNA
  • Experience in Scrum based teams and agile work processes preferred (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, MS-Teams)
  • Very good English skills (C Level), German language skills are a major plus
  • Any other language you speak is welcome!
  • Experience with design software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS)
  • Strong conceptional thinking skills
  • BA in Design related discipline
  • Big plus: Material-UI, Front-End Development knowledge, experience with design thinking workshops and user testing
