„EVERYTHING IN THE APP!”
We are a motivated team of 30 people, 20 nationalities and 50 personalities. We build the PAYBACK App on Android and iOS for various countries and millions of users. We really love Star Trek, Batman, cat videos, all kinds of popcorn and working with mobile technologies, modern development languages, new development paradigms, agile testing and mobile design. Our team consists of UX, Dev, QA, DevOps and PO. We all sit, work, laugh and cry together – sometimes we are emotional and sometimes we are relaxed, but we are always engaged!
We are looking for new colleagues in part-time or full-time!
YOUR TASKS
- Coaching your teams to work goal oriented with focus on delivering often, good quality products
- Ensuring and enabling continuous improvement, including performance and quality improvements
- Coaching the teams to identify impediments early & turn them into improvements
- Support Product owners with creating and managing backlog
- Help establish an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility and fun are main attributes
- Improving the collaboration and communication - within and outside of your teams
- Working with other scrum masters and colleages on fostering the cultural change - grow together and be better tomorrow
- Organizing and moderating of regular scrum activities for your team
YOU HAVE
- background in the IT field, ideal mobile development (studying or practical experience)
- strong understanding of agile principles
- 3+ years working in agile teams
- at least 1 year experience as a scrum master
- great communication skills
- great moderation skills
- analytical and problem solving mindset
- good English and German skills (B1-level)
