As our Digital Asset and Process Manager, you will be the principal owner of our Digital Asset Management (DMA) tool and help define and refine workflows to optimise asset production in the team and to the tool itself. You will be the link between the arts department, the stakeholders and the various vendors regarding source files and final asset distribution.

The opportunity

  • Own our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool from an Art/Assets perspective
  • Assist in the flow of assets between stakeholders, the asset library and external vendors 
  • Supporting teams develop and implement workflows and processes, evaluating workflows and tools for scale and efficiency
  • Effectively supporting the team to create reports, manage and track the digital assets available on different platforms, for all games and languages
  • Developing procedures and guides for assets organization and structure

Requirements

  • Come from or had extensive exposure to digital art spheres (2D, 3D and motion Graphics)
  • Have a good understanding of art production pipelines
  • Be familiar with online advertising and social media channels and networks 
  • Team player with a key role in a motivated marketing team
  • Follower of the latest trends in internet technologies and mobile gaming
  • Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
