Team Lead Sales (f/m/d) for UK/Nordics/RoW Deine Aufgaben

Be a part of our Trusted Shops Sales unit, a big team with over 100 international professionals that cooperate to grow our presence across Europe and other territories. Our products help online merchants establish themselves as trustworthy and authentic online businesses. We provide a modern and efficient way of collecting feedback via a closed reviews platform all while supporting our partners with a thorough certification process which allows their consumers to benefit from our free buyer protection. To strengthen the team, we are currently looking for a Team Lead (f/m/d) for our international sales team that is be responsible for B2B customers in UK, Nordics and partially RoW.

The position is location-independent and can be performed 100% remotely.


Task

  • You lead a team of sales consultants (approx. 5-8 employees)
  • You support the team professionally and assist in disciplinary instances
  • Together with your team, you handle the entire sales process (from prospecting to contract conclusion); in doing so, you will be responsible for the achievement of your teams’ revenue targets
  • You carry out regular monitoring of sales KPIs and identify potential for optimization
  • You coach, train and motivate your team members and actively shape their professional development
  • You are responsible for the achievement of the set sales and profit targets and report to the Sales Executive Director and Unit Head in close cooperation
Dein Profil
  • You have what it takes to close deals and convey exactly that to your colleagues – You lead by example
  • You have been successfully working in B2B sales for several years
  • You have professional and disciplinary management experience and have led a sales team
  • You are passionate about e-commerce or already have experience in the industry
  • You are experienced in telephone sales of a product requiring explanation, ideally in the SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
  • You conduct routine and structured needs analyses with regards to the goals and challenges of our target markets
  • You have perfect command of English (C1 level), other European languages (nice to have)
