Working Student IT Operations (m/f/d) in Berlin

We also work together with the likes of Google, GetYourGuide and TripAdvisor. We are a multicultural team of 70+ dedicated colleagues and are actively looking for a Working Student IT Operations (m/f/d) who will help to build and maintain operational excellence in IT Growth Support. We are open to students with passion for IT but little proven experience. We value motivation and dedication over paper!

- Start - As soon as possible

MORE ABOUT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- You help to manage the helpdesk support for the company
- You manage the company software and help creating a tooling strategy
- You keep the overview of our company hardware
- You co-manage our company network
- You learn about and help managing the process automations for various departments
MUST-HAVES, SHORT & TO THE POINT
- You are motivated and have a great interest in IT
- You speak fluent English, German is a nice-to-have.
- You can communicate technical problems to a non-technical audience
NICE-TO-HAVES
- You could have basic experience with process automation (Zapier, IFTTT, Integromat, etc.)
- You know basic laptop components
- You know how to use tools like CloudCall / Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace
