OFFICE MANAGER | ASSISTANT TO CEO (M/W/D) in Hamburg

DTEK Renewables, the operating company managing the renewable energy assets of DTEK Group, launches her first European office, DTEK Renewables International, based in Hamburg. Today, DTEK Renewables is one of the largest electricity producers of renewable energy in Ukraine with 1 GW of solar and wind power capacities. We are seeking to hire a self-driven Office Manager / Assistant to CEO to join our team and set all-around administrative support to the team and CEO of DTEK Renewables International in Hamburg. The DTEK Renewables International is looking forward to your application!

Was du machen wirst:

Tasks

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team Organizational support of the CEO in all matters
  • Competent, confidential contact person for all business partners
  • Carrying out all secretarial tasks and handling correspondence
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, and presentations
  • Organization and planning of meetings and business trips
  • Run errands of the CEO as needed and assumption of other independent project tasks

Qualification

  • University degree (Economics, Business Administration) preferred
  • Fluent English and German
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a comparable position. Background in international companies would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Results-oriented, flexible to adapt within a developing company with a "Can-do" attitude and sense of urgency
