Summary & Role Information:
As a developer you will work on frontrunner applications in a diverse team of highly motivated colleagues. Together we drive our product success in the cloud and on premise for Revenue Recognition as integral part of SAP's solution portfolio for Finance. 

We practice an agile development approach and we focus on providing value to the users of our applications in all our development activities.
The global S/4HANA Finance development organization consists of teams in Walldorf, Shanghai, Brno and Palo Alto working in close collaboration with customers and partners to support superior processes in finance and new business models for the fast changing digital world of today.

Your responsibility will be covering all stages and tasks within the entire software development cycle.
As a developer you will work in a scrum team and apply agile software engineering principles.
You will be involved in the definition of the requirements and take over responsibility for design, implementation, test and maintenance. There will also be the chance to take over other tasks based on need and considering your interests.
Furthermore, you will continuously enhance your knowledge, skills and keep up to date with latest trends.

Experience (Role Requirements):
We expect a good Bachelor or Master degree in business informatics, computer science, natural sciences, information systems, economics or in any comparable field.
Further requirements are:

• Strong programming skills (in any common programming language)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Interest in financial business processes (willingness to build up domain knowledge over the time)
• Fluency in oral and written English is a must, German is a big plus
