Intern in Digital Transformation & Innovation (m/f/d) in Berlin

We offer an exciting internship that will give you an opportunity to learn about cutting edge innovation and how to implement digital transformation projects.

The role is part of Bayer's Digital Transformation & Innovation department, which has the purpose to accelerate digital innovations and digitalization (in collaboration with divisions, Enabling Functions and countries) to transform functions and our business. The way we do this is by developing and funding innovation experiments, driving digital programs and projects, leading groups of experts and providing internal & external platforms to find or generate ideas to fulfill unmet needs.

The objective of DT&I intern is to provide operational support of DT&I platforms: Digital Compass and WeInnovate.

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Help to manage lifecycle of content on all DT&I platforms from creation to hibernation
• Support in managing the communication with relevant stakeholders
• Participate in creating visually appealing user experience and interface elements for online platforms
• Aid with Digital Compass (digital solution scaling tool) route champions by constant monitoring of the content in the system and making timely changes
• Help users and administrators of WeInnovate (Idea Management System) by editing copy and visuals of the campaign in a concise and user-centric way, driving engagement of idea contributors after the idea campaign is published, closing the campaign
• Engage with mentors and team members in writing outcome reports

WHO YOU ARE

• Ongoing studies in User Interface/User Experience design, digital design programs or a related subject
• Knowledge of design principles, UX/UI and basic HTML knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills
• Well-developed organization and planning skills with reliable follow-through
• Enjoy developing and implementing innovative ideas and creative concepts
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
