Working Student Finance in Dresden

We help users lead healthier, more balanced lives through a holistic approach that combines fasting with mindfulness, education, nutrition, and exercise. Part of our mission is to take intermittent fasting mainstream by making it accessible and educating as many people as possible about the benefits. Currently, it counts 7 million downloads & over 2 million users.

This is our founding team's second venture after selling their first company for $ 70m in 2017.

The role 

Due to growth we are seeking an enthusiastic working student to support our finance and office management team. The position is a mix of remote and office based working, with travel required to our headquarters in Dresden.  

Responsibilities 

• You will proactively support us in our daily business and in the organization and optimization of company processes
• You will provide support in carrying out all administrative and organizational tasks
• You prepare information, develop your own concepts and use them to create decision papers
• Support in the preparation of KPI reports and monthly HGB reporting
• You provide conscientious and structured support in the preparatory financial accounting, bookkeeping and digitization
• You prepare meetings and workshops professionally and with foresight
• Support of projects in the finance sector

Essential Requirements 

• At least four successfully completed semesters of an economics degree program with a focus on accounting or controlling or comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial practical experience in finance, controlling and / or administration through training, internship or part-time work
• High level of initiative and a strong analytical mindset combined with a mathematical understanding of numbers
• Very high willingness to learn, commitment and a structured, efficient and solution-oriented working method
• You have strong communication and writing skills in both German and English
