Was du machen wirst:
Who we’re looking for
- You are passionate about real estate and business
- You are able to support the Acquisition Manager with daily operations
- You have experience with real estate acquisition and prospecting
- You have deep knowledge of Excel and you are able to create business models, calculate profit margins with great attention to detail
- You are structured and a true get-it-done person
- You have great people skills and negotiation skills
- You can build exceptional presentations for the whole team to understand business cases
- You are skilled at prospecting suitable buildings and sellers across Germany
- You have Excellent command in English and German (written and spoken)
