ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Diversity & Inclusion Team is part of SAP HR GERMANY, dedicated to driving Diversity and Inclusion even more within SAP. From Generations, LGBTIQ+, Gender, SAP 4 YOU, Inclusion and Autism @ Work, over “Cultures” and Family and Career – there is a lot to cover and a lot to learn. We stand for individuality, for choices and for all voiced to be heard from each and everyone working at SAP. 

We offer both, an internship in full-time or a flexible working student employment in part-time. 

THE ROLE 

As a student or intern, you will support D & I Team in the areas listed above in a very agile manner. You will help to organize our projects and events, support our core teams and bring your own ideas and mindset. If you are eager for these topics, dedicated to equality and a creative mind, with passion and the willingness to push and strive our projects: You are the one we’re looking for. You will be part of the team – and you have the opportunity to leave your footprint in a very busy, but also very creative and fun team.  

Starting date will be the 1st. of August, or earlier. 

 ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

• Student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a minimum of 4 semesters in business studies, social or education sciences, psychology 
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) 
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, especially in composing and editing texts 
• Strong affinity towards Diversity and Inclusion topics 
• Ability to work independently and flexible 
• Ability to work on multiple and complex tasks 
• Good multi-tasking skills 
• Good communication and presentation skills (ability to interact with employees of all levels) 
• Team-oriented 
• High level of commitment and initiative 
• First practical experiences in HR or organizational development is a plus 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
