About Data Technology (EDT) - Data Migration
The Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) team is part of the SAP’s IT Services organization and responsible for providing consultancy and technology expertise in the area of mastering, governing, migrating and integration. 
In particular data migration has become a key success factor for SAP SE.  As many other companies, the SAP IT landscape has also a wide range of cloud and onPremise solutions.  The goal of our Data Migration Team is to support the consolidation and harmonization of internal SAP IT systems based on latest technology and best in class practices.
We are working with the latest migration technologies (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform, Data Intelligence, Fiori, and HANA) in an agile development set-up.

About the Role
We are hiring an IT Associate Technology Consultant (f/m/d) joining the EDT Data Migration team, who will be driving data migration activities in the context of merger & acquisition projects as well as supporting the development of our Data Migration Framework.

Role Requirements

Required skills:

• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong skills in data structures and algorithms
• Very good problem solving and communication skills
• High level of motivation, flexibility and agility
• Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory

Preferred skills:

• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning
• Technical knowledge of SAP’s Enterprise Information Management portfolio (Data Intelligence, Data Services, HANA (EIM), MDG, etc.) with a passion to build quality applications hands on
• Profound knowledge of business partner data domain (CRM, ERP, S/4 HANA) - Material, Contracts/Order model etc. is a plus

Work Experience
• Graduates with up to 2 years of professional working experience in consulting or information technology
