Employee (m/f/d) in Technical Project Management in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Employee (m/f/d) in Technical Project Management you will act as a central contact person for the technical project management as well as for employees from the development and controlling departments.

Your scope of duties includes:

• Project change management and reconciliation of booking bugdets in ongoing projects
• Planning and coordination of new and ongoing projects with the programme management
• Support of the project teams in offer phases
• Create new projects in accordance with the work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Support of projects in the provision of data for capitalized earnings value management
• Guiding and supporting employees during CATS booking in SAP
• Preparation and presentation of monthly reports for various projects (e.g. L400)

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
• Initial professional experience in project management or controlling
• Knowledge of the defence and metalworking industries is desirable
• Confident handling of the common MS-Office applications, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken English skills and fluent in German
• Analytical thinking and independent working style
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel on occasional business trips
