Technical Expert (m/f/d) Tactical Vehicles for our Project LAND 400 in Kassel

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Specialist in the field of vehicle assembly and commissioning
• Support in the development of training concepts for new employees
• Collaboration in the implementation of a knowledge transfer concept for international projects
• Training and supervision of international skilled workers
• Monitoring of all relevant process and work steps in an international environment
• Documentation and control of project-specific key figures

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Very good experience as trainer/instructor (m/f/d)
• Successfully completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician (m/f/d) with a focus on automotive engineering or as a driving instructor (m/f/d) for military vehicles
• At least two years of professional experience in the desired area of responsibility
• Knowledge of the defence industry is desirable
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• High willingness to travel to international locations
• Excellent organization and communication skills
