In our European Shared Service Center in Berlin we offer you the chance to experience the HR world within an international company. Our HR Services France team consists of circa 20 colleagues, who offer specialized services on different HR topics, such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Inquiry, etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES

In our fantastic and dynamic team HR Services France, we provide Personal Administration, Payroll services, Time Management, Learning and Reporting services to our group companies in France.
For our cluster HR Data-Management (Payroll, Personal Administration & HR reporting):

  • You proceed all data HR administration and handling of Employee life-cycle events for all incoming inquiries & orders in line with internally defined processes.
  • You guarantee high quality and efficient processing by focusing on our partners needs and requirements with a strong service-mindset.
  • You ensure that knowledge is transferred into the internal structure (update documentation, participate in KM initiatives, etc) and shared within HR community by continuously exchanging of information.
  • You clarify basic questions with relevant partners internally and externally of the SSC; Know-how and expertise of their own field of responsibility.
  • You collect and give regular feedback with your team, partners and management and act proactively upon it.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Motivated and reliable, you have a strong interest in Human Resources and you have ideally gained first relevant experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and you have a good level of English and/or German.
  • Alongside your proactive service-oriented approach, you adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment and take personal initiatives.
  • Being a strong team player, you are able to actively engage with your colleagues.
  • Taking pride in your work with exceptional attention to detail you have the ability to be well-organised under pressure.
  • Your excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and experience with SAP HR is a plus.
