PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
COO F&A is the process management organization within the Board Area Finance & Administration. We strive for simple processes of the highest quality. It therefore comes without a surprise that COO F&A is highly involved in SAP’s Top Transformational Topics and driving Innovation throughout the Finance organization.  

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The challenges of the digital revolution forces SAP to adapt. Machine Learning and Intelligent Robotic Process Automation are only some of the Innovative technologies we in Finance are using to be at the forefront of this transformation. Do you want to be a part of it? 

The COO F&A team is not an operational but rather a project driven organization. Thus, by supporting our team members you will be involved in a variety of non-repetitive tasks such as keeping track of innovations in Finance, process documentation, preparation and participation in project meetings.  Furthermore, these projects are going across departments and processes. This enables you to gain a broad overview about Finance at SAP. To solve these tasks, it is expected from you to be self-motivated to familiarize yourself with the subject and to work independently on it. However, you won’t be left alone but rather be an inherent member of our team. To succeed as a team, we are accordingly looking for strong individuals with high social competencies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, e.g. in the area of business administration, information technology, legal, communication and design
• Computer skills: MS Office     
• Language skills: Fluent English, German is a plus
• Soft skills:    
  • Open minded for new technology and ‘think out of the box’ attitude
  • Confidence in interacting with teams outside of the own department
  • Proactive thinking and good sense of responsibility
  • Organizational talent with drive for simplicity
  • Ability to work in the team and independent with a high focus on results
• Others:  Presentation and Communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE
Having worked in a project driven environment or first experiences in process management would be advantageous.
