Intern Environmental Safety (m/f/d) in Monheim

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Support environmental safety assessment of ecotoxicology data used in sustainability context
• Contribute by performing autonomous analysis of (aquatic) ETX data from both external databases and internal additional information as well as clarification of open questions with key contacts in expert groups
• Support by identifying and assessing potential and limitations of different approaches for data aggregation and assessment within the scope of environmental impact reduction
• Challenge the status quo by out of the box thinking

WHO YOU ARE

• Ongoing studies in environmental sciences, ecotoxicology, agroecology, biology or comparable
• First experience in assessment of aquatic ecotoxicology data within a regulatory context and/or a focus on aquatic ecotoxicology is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Fast perceptive understanding and structured working style
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration in a multinational context
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
