- Development of an IT service catalogue and permanent expansion with new, modern IT services
- Ongoing optimization of processes and workflows
- Development of a suitable reporting tool to monitor compliance with our service level agreements with our internal customers and the SLAs of our service providers
- Accompanying the IT restructuring of the entire company group with an advisory focus on the topic of service management
- Addition and refinement of IT policies, guidelines and standards
- Active monitoring of escalation processes
- Service price calculation and processing of tenders
- Development of a service transition strategy for user help desk and collaboration services
- Creation of an IT governance framework in close cooperation with divisional CIO
