Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of naval simulation with focus on underwater systems in Bremen

• Professional leadership of technical development teams
• Securing and responsibility for the technical execution/realization of national and international projects
• Performance of tender presentations and contract negotiations
• Performance of technical reviews and audits
• Professional leadership of technical development teams
• Representation of the project to internal and external bodies
• Proactive support of project management and sales towards suppliers and customers
• Presentation of the product portfolio to customers
• Development and preparation of marketing and offer strategies
• Preparation of technical offers
• Technical and commercial effort estimations
• Observation and implementation of market and technology developments in consideration of the product area strategy

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
• Experience in the development of technical concepts
• System understanding in the area of naval ships/submarines. Ideally practical experience on submarines e.g. from an officer's career in the navy
• Positive, confident and reliable appearance in dealing with customers
• Ability to work in a team, communication and presentation skills
• International readiness to travel
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
