Technical project manager (m/f/d) for flight simulation in Bremen

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technical coordination, management and control of projects from the offer/concept phase through the entire development to the utilisation phase
• Creation of superordinate technical system architectures and technical concepts taking into account interfaces, customer requirements and applicable norms/standards
• Analysis, identification and specification of system interfaces
• Development of the maintenance and modification concept for complete systems
• Professional leadership of technical development teams
• Coordination and creation of system documents
• Implementation of technical reviews and audits
• Carrying out technical and commercial effort estimations
• Specification/management of system requirements
• Implementation of technical risk management
• Representation of the project to internal and external bodies

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed technical studies, ideally in the field of aerospace or comparable
• Good knowledge and experience in system engineering
• Ability to analyse and present highly complex issues
• Project experience in aviation, ideally in the field of flight/training simulators
• Knowledge of the standards relevant to flight/training simulators (EASA/ICAO/FAA)
• Knowledge regarding the certification (Level D etc.) of training resources for flight crews
• Assertiveness and good communication skills
• Business fluent written and spoken English
• Basic willingness to travel worldwide
