(Senior) Officer - Team EMEA/Global in Berlin

Within our HR Services Europe Department, you will work with us to support the employees of the EMEA and Global BASF Group companies with regard to various administrative personnel matters.

• monitor and support employees with you area of supervision and support by phone in close coordination with the relevant local HR departments.
• observe the BASF guidelines and the provisions of collective agreements and applicable laws and regulations.
• ensure the current documentation and further development of the HR and other finance related topics and actively contributing to the intensive sharing of information and experiences within the team.

• You have completed a formal vocational education in business and commerce or have a Degree in business and economics and have an appetence for finance related Tasks.
• You speak fluently German and English. Other European language skills are beneficial.
• Good command of the standard MS Office.
• You are knowto keep a level head even in difficult situations and deal with customers with poise and confidence and with the necessary level of friendliness and commitment to providing services.
