PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• The line-of-business SAP Customer Experience (CX) drives solutions intended to help businesses move beyond traditional customer relationship management (CRM) and focus on engaging their customers anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
• Within CX, SAP Marketing Cloud enables marketers to develop a deeper understanding of customers and their behavior to know what they have browsed, what they may purchase, and what they are downloading now. 
• Our purpose is to establish marketing as a trusted source of business that enables customers to gain real-time insights into the context of each customer and to leverage these insights to deliver highly individualized recommendations as well as personalized campaigns across all channels.
• We are located around the world with offices in Canada, Germany, India and US.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Getting familiar with the SAP Marketing Cloud solution as well as related SAP Customer Experience (CX) topics by supporting end-to-end tests including the configuration of systems
• Getting familiar with customer support processes as well as monitoring, debugging and performance analysis and troubleshooting tools by helping with analyzing customer problems (SAP NetWeaver/ABAP, SAP HANA/SQL, SAP UI5/JavaScript, etc.)
• Improve and extend development skills by participating in daily Scrum meetings, code review discussions and pair-programming sessions
• Improve and extend UI development and User Experience (UX) skills by prototyping new UI features using SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori UI technologies and participating in UX alignment meetings
• Learn and improve project management and Scrum master skills by supporting the team with the organization of workshops, the maintenance of Jira items, etc.
• Learn and improve data analysis and data presentation skills by collecting data via cloud monitoring tools and distilling insights out of the data

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Studying preferably in the fields: IT or similar      
• Having the following computer skills: Programming Experience (e.g. JavaScript, SQL, ABAP, Java)    
• Speaking: German (fluent), English
• Soft skills: Willing to learn, Self-employed, Quick learner, Social skills, Motivated
