PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES / EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash unit drives innovation and thought leadership across the source to pay and order to cash processes. This benefits buyers and suppliers by enabling companies to sell physical, digital, and subscription-based goods as a service and by monetizing subscriptions and real-time usage-based services. SAP S/4HANA is the single source of information for customers on their digital journey: planning, execution and analysis, prediction to simulation, all in real-time within one system, integrated with SAP C/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Fieldglass.

As we develop the future intelligent suite in the cloud for ERP customers, the SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash unit seeks to be a frontrunner in cloud and agile mindset to software development. Within the area of Billing, we are continuously working on new innovations, for both the Digital Core as well as on SAP Cloud Platform.

Within the line of business Source to Pay & Order to Cash, the Billing unit offers you the change to get to know all areas of software development, from the collection of requirements to concept definition, implementation, and test automation, all the way to the analysis and solving of software problems reported by customers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You should come equipped with the following:

• A university degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering or business studies, or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical thinking skills
• Programming proficiency in JAVA or a comparable programming language, preferably ABAP
• Very good German and English proficiency, both oral and written

In addition, you are:

• A good team player (m/f/d) that enjoys working with people from a range of cultures in an international environment
• Thirsty for knowledge and always ready to learn something new
• A pragmatic and flexible product improver that is not easily thrown off track
• Customer oriented, with a strong awareness for quality

WORK EXPERIENCE

We are looking for motivated candidates that either already have a graduate degree or will attain when one in the near future (0-2 years work experience) and that are seeking a career in development of business software.
