PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our international team of authors and translators creates innovative user assistance for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This includes user interface texts, help for apps, user guides, how-to videos, and social media blog posts. We enjoy using the latest developments to innovate and push the boundaries of user assistance, and we are excited to see what new techniques and approaches you will bring to the team. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to attend internal training courses to learn the skills you need.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Create how-to and promotional videos
• Support authors in creating graphics and videos
• Create (interactive) graphics
• Create other user assistance deliverables

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study:  media management, technical writing, graphic/visual design, communication, video production/animation, journalism, media informatics, or a related area 
• Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, basic knowledge of graphics/video production/video editing processes and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)
• Language skills:  Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
• Soft skills:  Capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse global team

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
