PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP IT is the primary implementation partner responsible for the technical design and implementation of all features and functionalities within the SAP Store (), Partner Store, and Digital Consolidated Platform. The E-Commerce Platform Team is in charge of providing and running the application (hybris), data base (HANA), platform (monsoon), backends (SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP PI) and the technical infrastructure. Our stores are online channels for customers to buy SAP and partner solutions that span the applications, cloud, analytics, and database and technology portfolios in a simple click-through process.
To support our core team, we are looking for a working student or intern.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Project Management support such as organization, communication, monitoring
• Preparation of executive management meetings (presentations, content, agenda)
• Financial controlling support using tools like: ERP, Excel, DDT with the support of our controlling team
• Scrum Master tasks (agile process enforcement, stakeholder communication) within and across teams
• What you will learn from us: how agile project management methodologies work in practice (Scrum, Kanban), what goes into organizing and managing the creation of a new website, how development projects can be set up  

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills

• Student in the University or a University of applied sciences of the following areas: Computer Science, Economics or similar
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem solving
• Fluency in oral and written English is a must
• Understand the Scrum methodology
• Experience in PowerPoint presentation creation and working with Excel
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 months

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Ideally has completed internship(s) or working student jobs in a similar field
• Experienced in working with multicultural teams
