As our new trainee (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge within an 18 - 24 months rotational program in supply chain management. You will work in diverse supply chain functions, gain interesting insights and experience as well as an intense on-the-job training. Thereby we will jointly prepare you for an exciting future in our company.

• You will get to know our entire end-to-end process from demand planning and customer order management to warehousing and transport management while being part of our daily operational activities.
• You will support the alignment of operations between local, regional and global stakeholders of our supply chain management.
• Moreover, you will be integrated into project teams, giving you the opportunity to cooperate cross-functionally and to enhance your network within the company.
• You will be assigned to work abroad at one of our various international sites.
• Your target function in our supply chain environment will be coordinated with you individually.
• We offer a flexible starting date.

• You have successfully completed your master's degree in business, industrial engineering or business informatics with focus on logistics, supply chain management or a comparable discipline.
• Furthermore, you have already gained working experience in supply chain management.
• During your semester or internship abroad, you have acquired intercultural experience.
• You are fluent in English and have good German language skills.
• Moreover, you possess good analytical skills and you are a strategically thinking person.
• You are an engaged and independent team player who enjoys taking responsibility and actively promotes change management.
