PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a quality associate in our team, you will: 

• work together with exceptionally talented and motivated developers to improve the quality and test descriptions of the SAP Analytics Cloud Table team 
• troubleshoot product issues reported by our customers or internally and dispatch the items for final resolution by the development team
• support writing test descriptions and end-to-end test strategies 
• identify improvements current work flows or user interactions
• cooperate with the local and central quality team on product testing

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Degree in computer science or related technical disciplines 
• ISTQB certificate
• Good English and German language skills (at least B2) - both spoken and written
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under time pressure
• Team player, results and execution focus, motivated to work in an international and intercultural environment
