PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 

According to our mission “We enable the world to innovate”, the SAP Knowledge and Education team is responsible for user assistance content and services as part of SAP products, along with product learning offerings, SAP Enable Now and SAP Live Class, a new generation of knowledge transfer for the workforce. We also cover global education delivery and education consulting, as well as the leading cloud learning services openSAP and SAP Learning Hub for SAP professionals, end users, and other external communities. 

Within SAP Knowledge and Education, the Virtual Events team provides expert support and services focusing on solution- and product-enablement activities such as webinars, eLearning and media creation as well as video production.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Virtual Events organizes and manages powerful, flexible and customer-focused virtual events and training sessions for any internal SAP board area, providing consulting and communication, and therefore contributing to innovation in knowledge transfer for SAP in the form of presentations, lectures and trainings. Our highly diverse team also delivers powerful, flexible and customer-focused ondemand recordings and postproduction to any internal SAP board area, driving innovation in knowledge transfer for SAP in the form of presentations, screen/whiteboard recordings, animations and interviews. 

Support the management of a key project and assign and organize relevant tasks. Arrange meetings between and communicate with developers, stakeholders and team members and help generate ideas, translating them into business reality. Interact and negotiate with suppliers, determining pricing and elaborating statements of work. Set timelines and track progress while removing barriers and working towards solutions. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Project Management, Program Management, Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Legal Studies
• Computer skills: advanced knowledge in MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Language skills: advanced communication skills in English (written and verbal) & full professional proficiency; German beneficial
• Soft skills: ability to work in a team, advanced communication skills and ability to elaborate clearly
• Others: organizational skills, detail orientation, time management

WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous exposure to a fast paced and a multi-cultural business environment is beneficial.
