Working Student Trainer Recruiting & Administration (m/f/d) in Berlin
We are currently seeking a working student to join our Trainer Recruiting and Administration team and support the end-to-end recruitment process of freelance language trainers
What are you going to do:
- Source candidates, advertise and promote teaching positions, screen applications
- Schedule and conduct Skype interviews with potential language trainers
- Draft freelance trainer contracts and support the on-boarding process
- Audit and manage applicant databases
- Assist the team and management in analytics and special projects related to candidates’ experience

What we ask:
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule
- Native or native-level (C1+) German speaker
- Fluency in English, further language skills are a plus
- Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Languages, Psychology or any similar field
- Interested in recruiting, human resources and languages
- Comfort with technology and verw good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Organized, highly-motivated and flexible with great attention to detail and discretion when it comes to sensitive data
- Outgoing personality who enjoys working in a multicultural team
