Supply Chain Controller (f/m/d) Board Region Manufacturing in Hamburg

Be a member of the Global Supply Chain Controlling team at Beiersdorf and drive the cost competitiveness of our products.

Your responsibilities:

• Business partner for Manufacturing in all controlling relevant questions. Active collaboration with the productions centers and the Supply Chain central and regional functions
• Steering of the planning-, forecasting and reporting processes of the region
• Consolidation, analysis and commenting of the monthly income statements, variance analysis and forecasts
• Preparation of ad hoc analysis for decision support, optimization of company results and evaluation of chances and risks
• Investment- and project controlling
• Monitoring and analysis of Manufacturing KPI, especially Overall Asset Efficiency (OAE), Productivity and Material Loss as well as identification of improvement measures
• Further development of PC Finance processes and tools
• Strengthening of PC Finance network, initiation and steering of the development and implementation of overarching PC Finance processes in the network
• Training and support of local PC Finance functions in optimizing their processes

• University degree in economics, business administration or engineering
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling and/or supply chain. Experience in a production center preferable
• International experience
• Comprehensive understanding of processes and systems in Finance and/or Supply Chain
• Process-oriented; strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Persuasive and proactive character with entrepreneurial approach
• Constructive and pragmatic attitude, fun in interdisciplinary collaboration, international mindset
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills across all hierarchy levels
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages would be advantageous

• Experienced user of MS Office and good user knowledge of BI/SAP
