Was du machen wirst:

Our total addressable market just *exploded* now that our app works with a whole bunch of help desk systems instead of just the one we originally launched on. This means that we have TONS of future customers out there who would love to hear from us.

We need an energetic, smart university student (m/f/x, 20 hours per week) who will help line up prospects for our sales team to join us here in Berlin. You will get to know the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and business development in one of the hottest industries there is, putting a very big feather in your cap for your future career.

  • Build and maintain a database of sales prospects and reach out to them to assess their fit with our product
  • Track, analyze, and report on weekly sales goals with the sales team
  • Learn and recommend SaaS sales best practices and help to continually increase the success rate and efficiency of the sales process
  • Show potential customers how our product works through live demos
  • Together with the customer success team, help to onboard new customers

  • This role pays €10 per hour plus commission.

Was wir erwarten:

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary (Bachelor's, Master's) program in business, economics, or related major
  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to persuade
  • Highly detail- and solution-oriented with a bias towards producing results
  • Eligible for work authorization in Germany
  • Communicative, creative problem solver
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and always on the lookout for ways to optimize and improve on the status quo
  • Motivated to succeed, confident to dive in and take on new challenges
  • Strong aptitude for technology and interest in continual learning
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Available to start soon at our office in Berlin
